Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will manage office communications, maintain records, and support various administrative tasks, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the backbone of our operations, assisting team members and contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative tasks to facilitate daily operations.
  • Draft and edit company communications as required.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking office expenses.
  • Manage databases and assist with report generation.
  • Support HR with employee records and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management.
  • Participate in meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience

Languages
