Job Description

Join our Johannesburg office as an Auditor, where you will conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Your insights will assist clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and improving their overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial operations to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Assist with the design and execution of audit plans.
  • Draft clear and concise audit reports for stakeholders.
  • Support the finance team with financial statement preparation.
  • Work closely with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance.
  • Mentor and train less experienced team members.
  • Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure recommendations are implemented.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional Auditing qualification (CA(SA) or equivalent) is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of auditing experience, ideally in a public accounting firm
