Job Description

As a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of children in our care. You will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Early Childhood Education Degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in childcare settings

Technical Skills

• Classroom Management

Certifications

• Childcare Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Training in child psychology: Courses or degrees in child psychology are preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in more than two languages is a plus.
