Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of innovative fundraising strategies.
• Identify and approach potential funding sources, including individuals, businesses, and foundations.
• Evaluate and report on the impact of fundraising activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee fundraising events from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with team members to drive engagement and collective efforts.
• Organize donor appreciation activities and events.
• Stay updated on philanthropic trends and community needs to align fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Non-Profit Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising with proven track record of securing major gifts

• Major Gift Fundraising

Certifications

• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Donor Relations Management: Proven success in managing donor relationships and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of Local Funding Landscape: Awareness of local philanthropic landscape and successful engagement strategies.
