We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress to ensure success.
• Engage project sponsors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in project management across the organization.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived.
• Support change management processes as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, especially in construction or IT sectors

• Budget Management

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in cross-cultural management: Ability to manage projects in diverse environments.
• Proficiency in additional languages: Fluency in Afrikaans or another South African language is an advantage.
