Responsibilities

• Lead process mapping and analysis to streamline current operations.
• Develop strategies to improve production workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Conduct root cause analyses to address operational issues.
• Support the rollout of new technologies for operational enhancement.
• Collaborate with teams to identify training needs related to process improvements.
• Evaluate and select vendors for equipment and services.
• Implement safety and quality assurance measures as part of operational processes.
• Prepare key metrics for management review and decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering
• MBA or similar qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role.
