Job Description

Join our friendly rehabilitation team in Durban as a Physiotherapist. You’ll be instrumental in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, using evidence-based practice to inform your treatment methodologies and improve patient mobility and strength.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and modify plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Develop resources and materials to aid in patient education and recovery.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and discussions regarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy

Experience

• 4+ years of progressive experience in physiotherapy practice

Technical Skills

• Electrotherapy
• Exercise Therapy

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Trained in Kinesiology Taping Techniques: Experience in applying kinesiology taping for injury management.
• Familiarity with Pediatric Physiotherapy: Experience in treating children and managing growth-related issues.
