Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you will play a critical role in our production team, responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining toe forming machines. Your keen attention to detail and strong technical skills will ensure that we produce high-quality footwear that meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels of materials used in production.
• Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Document production activities and submit reports to management.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience with other machinery in the footwear manufacturing industry.
