Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. In this role, you will manage patient care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best outcomes for our patients. You should have a strong understanding of primary healthcare practices and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians.
  • Prescribe and manage medications for patients.
  • Offer preventative care and patient education.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions regarding patient care.
  • Manage workload efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Africa
Experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related role.
