Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee clinical trials and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will manage participant recruitment, facilitate communication between research teams, and assist with data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical trial activities and ensure proper protocol conduct.
• Organize and lead study team meetings.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events.
• Compile and submit regulatory documents and progress reports.
• Develop training materials for new research staff and participants.
• Oversee budgetary aspects related to clinical studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Relevant certifications are a plus

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical research environment
