Tower Attendant

Job Description

As a Tower Attendant, you will play a key role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of our communication towers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety protocols are followed, performing regular inspections, and maintaining logs of tower activity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site access and equipment security at tower locations.
• Perform risk assessments and safety audits regularly.
• Learn and utilize basic hand tools and software related to tower operations.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
• Assist with training of new Tower Attendants and operational staff.
• Handle basic troubleshooting of tower equipment.
• Prepare reports on tower operations for management review.
• Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Promote a culture of safety and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in telecommunications or technical roles is an advantage.
