We are seeking a motivated Telecom Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of telecom solutions to both new and existing clients. Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adapt strategies.
• Assist in the development of training materials for new sales staff.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue.
• Work closely with technical teams to address customer inquiries.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and product offerings.
• Report sales performance and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

• 5 years of proven sales experience in the telecommunications market

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
