Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Durban. You will be responsible for driving the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines are adhered to, and facilitating communication amongst team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver project and performance reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Master's degree in Project Management or related field preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects.

• Project Management Software
• Risk Management

• Team Coordination

Certifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with software implementation projects: Previous experience in software projects is advantageous.
