Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise project team members and promote a collaborative team environment.
  • Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders outlining progress, challenges, and plans.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects.
  • Oversee quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize project management software for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust project management processes accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related discipline
  • Additional certifications like Agile or Lean are advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of proven experience in managing projects.
