Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be tasked with overseeing warehouse operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient logistics processes. A strong background in inventory management and team leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve productivity targets.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Manage the scheduling and allocation of warehouse resources.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Relevant diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
