Dynamic Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing logistics processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in achieving operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Optimize pick and pack processes to enhance productivity.
• Track and manage shipping schedules and logistics.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
• Develop inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Report on warehouse performance metrics and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Logistics and Supply Chain certifications beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse management experience

Certifications

• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
