Job Description

As an Allied Health Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your expertise will assist in developing personalized treatment plans, thereby enhancing rehabilitative outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
• Assist in the design of rehabilitation programs and assistive technologies.
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure quality of care.
• Conduct research to inform best practices and evidence-based approaches in therapy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or similar field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical experience in therapy services
