Job Description

As a Cutter Grinder, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced grinding equipment. Your primary focus will be to produce precision cutting tools while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate grinding tools and adjust machine settings for optimal results.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished tools and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Assist in training junior operators on machine operation and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills

• Advanced CNC programming
• Maintenance of grinding equipment

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

• Experience in tool design or manufacturing: Background in tool design or manufacturing process to enhance product development.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software: Proficient in using CAD/CAM software for tool design and adjustments.
