Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have a background in civil engineering or construction management, with a focus on delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Supervise on-site personnel and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review and approve design plans and blueprints.
• Conduct site meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and manage contractor performance.
• Respond to project-related inquiries and concerns.
• Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
