Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate hotel operations for maximum efficiency.
Create and implement innovative guest service programs.
Perform financial analysis and quarterly budget reviews.
Direct staff training and ongoing development programs.
Manage supplier relationships for purchasing and inventory.
Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
Lead efforts to enhance hotel online presence and marketing.
Participate in community events to promote the hotel.
Ensure all services comply with company policies and standards.
Foster a culture of hospitality within the team.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
MBA in Hospitality Management preferred
