Job Description

As an IT Support Technician based in Bloemfontein, you will ensure all IT systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical problems, providing support to users, and collaborating with the IT team to enhance our technological capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems are backed up as per the company policies.
• Provide remote support for users when necessary.
• Assist in onboarding new employees with IT setup.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in IT systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
