We are on the lookout for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations within our Durban facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our healthcare services run smoothly while meeting both patient and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with medical staff to improve service delivery and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Implement quality assurance programs to meet patient satisfaction standards.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory and procurement processes.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and patient feedback.
• Ensure all healthcare staff maintain compliance with licensing and certification.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or similar
• Master's degree in Business Administration is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years experience in administrative roles within healthcare sectors
