Job Description

As a Medical Researcher, you'll engage with diverse projects aimed at improving health outcomes. You will lead studies, work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate findings to stakeholders. We're looking for inquisitive minds with a background in medicine, biology, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Advise on best practices for specimen collection and processing.
• Conduct systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
• Communicate research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
• Represent the organization at academic and industry conferences.
• Assess the feasibility of research designs in terms of budget and timelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss findings.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in health sciences, biomedical science, or related field
• PhD preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in medical research

• Research Methodology
• Statistical Software (SPSS, R, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Research Administrator (CRA)
• ICH GCP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods: Proficient in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research analyses.
• Familiarity with clinical trial databases: Experience with utilizing clinical trial databases for research purposes.
