Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Event Planner to join our Pretoria team. You'll be responsible for organizing and executing a range of events, from corporate functions to private celebrations. Your creativity and attention to detail will help ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create event promotion strategies.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding event progress.
  • Assist in developing event themes and creative concepts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare and present event proposals to potential clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event management or related field
