Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to IT support requests from staff.
• Ensure proper setup of IT equipment for new employees.
• Monitor IT systems for performance and security.
• Collaborate with external vendors for necessary repairs.
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT resources.
• Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

• Mac Operating Systems
• Cybersecurity Awareness

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• ITIL Certification: Knowledge of IT service management best practices.
