Training and Development Manager

Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, your primary focus will be to uplift employee capabilities by creating a variety of training programs. You will collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and develop solutions to ensure team efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.
• Mentor and support employees to ensure skills application in their roles.
• Utilize various instructional techniques and formats, including e-learning and blended learning.
• Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants to provide specialized training.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous professional development.
• Establish metrics for success and track progress towards training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the field of training and development.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
