Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician in Johannesburg to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and be able to provide effective technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing hardware and software issues while ensuring a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Support users in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Provide regular updates and reports on ticket status to management.
• Assist with the rollout of new applications and IT initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Work collaboratively with other IT staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Engage with vendors to facilitate tech support and repairs.
• Conduct hardware inventory checks and manage asset lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in an IT support role
