Job Description

As an ATM Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) to provide seamless service for customers. This position requires strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot various issues and ensure the machines are compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of ATMs.
• Document repair history and service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Assist with the installation of new technology and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
• Certification in ATM maintenance preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an ATM Technician or in a similar technical role

Technical Skills

• Technical knowledge of ATMs and related systems
• Troubleshooting

• Strong analytical skills

Certifications

• Certified ATM Technician

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
