Job Description

As a Residential Property Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for the efficient management of residential properties in Johannesburg. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and operations of various residential properties.
  • Negotiate and oversee contracts with service providers.
  • Implement effective tenant communication strategies.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of tenant information.
  • Prepare and monitor property budgets and financials.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Ensure proper documentation for lease agreements and property policies.
  • Engage with local community and property owners for feedback and collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Property Management is a plus

  • At least 7 years in property management roles
