Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Health and Safety Officer to oversee our health and safety policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in managing risks and ensuring compliance with all local safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety audits, providing actionable feedback to management.
  • Create and update safety manuals and training materials.
  • Track compliance with local health regulations and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide technical support during safety inspections and assessments.
  • Promote safety initiatives through regular communication and staff engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Additional safety certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in law enforcement or public safety

Languages
  • English: Fluent
