Job Description

As the Public Health Program Manager, you will oversee health initiatives aimed at improving community wellness and health outcomes. You will collaborate with health professionals, stakeholders, and community members to develop and implement effective programs that address public health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead public health program planning and community outreach efforts.
• Analyze health trends and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Supervise project staff and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Engage community members and stakeholders in health initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and health education programs.
• Collaborate with research teams to ensure evidence-based practices.
• Identify funding opportunities and prepare grant proposals.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Develop communication strategies to promote health initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree in Health Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience
