Job Description

We are seeking a Health Services Administrator who will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare services. You will be responsible for managing healthcare delivery systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare administration with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of healthcare services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage human resources functions such as hiring and performance reviews for administrative staff.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance service delivery capabilities.
  • Participate in policy-making and strategic discussions with senior leadership.
  • Develop training programs to ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets for health programs.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical teams and patient services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in health services administration
