Job Description

Join our veterinary practice in Port Elizabeth as a Veterinarian. You will work closely with pet owners, assess animal health issues, develop treatment plans, and perform surgeries when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic's patient flow and assist in scheduling appointments.
• Conduct outreach programs to promote animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.
• Supervise junior veterinary staff and provide mentorship.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and trust, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Master's degree in Veterinary Science is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

• Pharmacology

Certifications

• Certification in Veterinary Anesthesia
• Emergency Veterinary Care Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
