Job Description

We're on the hunt for a passionate Leadership Development Trainer to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and facilitating bespoke training programs that foster leadership excellence. You will work closely with various organizations, helping to identify their development needs and tailor solutions for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive leadership training programs.
  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Evaluate participant progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to gather participant insights.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to align training with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze training reports for management review.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Ensure course materials are current and relevant.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development or training roles
