Responsibilities

• Advocate for underrepresented groups within the company.
• Lead diversity councils and teams to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to enhance the company’s diversity brand.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's in Human Resources or Organizational Development is a plus

Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years in diversity and inclusion initiatives or human resources
