Responsibilities

• Install and maintain local and wide area telecommunications networks.
• Work with customers to understand their telecommunications needs.
• Resolve technical issues that impact network service delivery.
• Perform backup and recovery of telecommunications data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate systems.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide product training for end-users.
• Assist in budgeting for telecommunications projects.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in the telecommunications industry is preferred

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
