Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, conduct examinations, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Engage in patient education to promote health literacy.
• Support patients in managing chronic diseases.
• Work closely with physicians to provide collaborative care.
• Conduct health screenings and immunizations.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
