Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive architectural designs and plans.
• Assist in project presentations and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
• Coordinate with engineers and other consultants.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with a focus on sustainable design

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Problem Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• LEED accreditation: Possession of LEED certification for sustainable building practices.
