Your leadership will guide project teams, manage resources, and liaise with stakeholders to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all work is performed according to company standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers for necessary materials.
• Handle client relationships and address any concerns.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance on site.
• Review and approve change orders as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Maintain relationships with local regulatory bodies.
• Streamline project workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Scheduling Software

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• LEED Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with local building codes: Understanding of regulations and codes specific to Gauteng.
