Responsibilities

• Oversee the transportation of goods and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate with carriers and suppliers for the best rates and services.
• Track and report on shipment statuses to stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Assist in the development of logistics strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Support inventory management activities to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Facilitate training for staff on logistics best practices and tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order statuses and logistics issues.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination

Languages
