• Develop and implement security policies and protocols.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance network security.
• Stay informed about the latest security trends and threat landscape.
• Train staff on security best practices and awareness.
• Report security incidents and measures taken to management.
• Assist in compliance audits and enforce security standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or a closely related field
• Master's degree is a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity initiatives
