Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and drive the supply chain operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage logistics, procurement, and distribution functions while ensuring compliance with regulations and optimising costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain functions, from procurement to delivery.
• Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
• Enhance logistics processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
• Implement sustainable sourcing practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Optimization

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
