Job Description

As a Corporate Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing our learning and development programs. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify training needs and implement engaging learning solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the training needs and capabilities of employees through surveys and interviews.
  • Design engaging eLearning modules and interactive content.
  • Foster collaborative learning environments and peer learning opportunities.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
  • Work alongside HR to integrate training programs into performance management.
  • Support employees in achieving their professional development goals.
  • Develop and manage training budgets effectively.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to introduce company culture and learning expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Educational Technology preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate learning or training management
