Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Manager to lead our compliance initiatives in Sandton. The ideal candidate will ensure our HR policies and procedures comply with current laws and regulations, while fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance audits and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Educate staff on compliance risks and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to compliance efforts.
  • Advise management on compliance issues and provide recommendations.
  • Confer with legal counsel on high-risk compliance issues.
  • Participate in the development of HR strategy ensuring compliance alignment.
  • Assess the effectiveness of compliance programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in HR compliance are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, auditing, or a similar role
