We are seeking a dedicated Investment Banker to join our Sandton team. In this role, you will advise clients on investment opportunities, negotiate financial transactions, and manage client relationships. The perfect candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market trends. You'll be instrumental in guiding clients through investment strategies and executing financial plans to enhance their portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for investment deals.
• Oversee regulatory compliance in financial transactions.
• Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Evaluate mergers and acquisitions for client advisement.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues.
• Prepare required documentation for investment products at close.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CIBP) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of direct experience within investment banking
