Job Description

We are in search of a Healthcare Administrator to oversee administrative functions critical to our healthcare practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of healthcare operations, managing schedules, coordinating staff, and implementing policies for healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Supervise staff scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of departmental policies.
  • Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and registrations.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide employee training.
  • Manage health records and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
  • Develop and manage budgets for healthcare departments.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for claims processing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in healthcare administration
