UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure the best possible user experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into functional design requirements.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design tasks.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Enhance usability through iterative testing and revisions.
• Assist in the development of user personas and scenarios.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align design with overall strategy.
• Provide ongoing updates to the design team and leadership on project status.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design projects

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in responsive design: Hands-on experience in responsive design principles across multiple devices.
