Job Description

Looking for a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to our mission of enhancing mental well-being in Johannesburg. You'll work with clients on their mental health journeys, applying proven therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and psychological evaluations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide therapy using evidence-based techniques, including CBT and DBT.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to team discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Stay informed on best practices and latest advancements in mental health.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Conduct workshops and community outreach programs as needed.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Doctorate in Psychology is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
