Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of our East London initiatives. You will manage all phases of projects, while building strong relationships with clients and team members. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from initiation to closure.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Create comprehensive project plans and track progress.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Evaluate project performance and report outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Share best practices and lessons learned with peers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns timely.
• Encourage team members to volunteer their ideas and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management
