Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance productivity and quality within our operations. The successful candidate will evaluate existing processes and implement strategic solutions to increase efficiency. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity.
• Analyze production processes for efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement process control systems.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline operations.
• Monitor production KPI's and provide analytical insights.
• Design workflows and layouts that maximize efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Prepare reports on process performance and improvement strategies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to discuss process enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in engineering or process optimization
